The data we collect includes; customer names, telephone numbers, email addresses and home address. We collect data only when a customer makes contact with us regarding floor restoration work.

We do not collect data from third parties.

Sensitive (financial information) is not collected at any time.

Your data will not be used for any other purposes than contacting you regarding the work to be undertaken. It will not be used or sold to any third parties, we reserve the right, with the customers permission to use basic information for marketing and events in the future. 

We will not share your data without expressed permission from the customer. An example would be when referring a customer to another trade for further works to be undertaken.
